Book Your Birthday at the farm

Spring & Summer Party sign up begin February 1st from March 7- August 30!

Please Read Prior to Booking : 

Parties will remain in the red barn while construction is completed to the white barn. The white barn's expected completion date is now delayed until May. We will update our website prior to the change and also include pictures of the new party space when available. Once moved the red barn will remain open as a game barn and possibly house additional animals. This will allow us to host parties year round.

Parties can be booked for 2 hour time frames on Saturdays & Sundays. Cost is $500 for 2 hrs. $100 deposit on booking. Remainder balance to be paid prior to party. Deposits will be refunded only if cancelation is needed due to inclement weather. 

Parties consist of rental of barn for 2 hr, admission to farm, petting zoo, and animal feed for guest. Use of bounce houses, playgrounds, and seasonal activities are included with admission.  We do not limit number of children per party but do limit to a total of 60 guests. Picnic tables in barn can seat up to 24 kids. Additional guests to the party over the 60 person limit will be charged admission price. 

You are allowed 15 minutes before party to set up and 15 minutes after to take down. We will need to be strict on these times for use of the barn and allow staff to clean up in between parties. However, you and guests can remain on the farm after your scheduled party while business is still open. 

Outside food and drinks are allowed. We do have plug outlets if need to use. We do not have refrigeration so coolers are suggested. 

Please no paint, streamers, or confetti, and no outside animals. Balloons are allowed with limitation as they do tend to get loose and can cause potential hazards to the animals. Banners and other decorations can also be used with some limitation. 

*PLEASE NOTE THE 15 MINUTE SET UP/TAKE DOWN OF YOUR PARTY WHEN BOOKING. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF STAFF AND OTHER PARTIES THAT MAY NEED TO BE SETTING UP AFTER YOURS.

**This is our only party option at the moment. If needing additional time you are allowed to book 2 open time frames together but we do not have an option for an additional hour.  We are only booking one party at a time and are no longer allowing unscheduled birthday parties to set up without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
