Our farm is growing and constantly changing. Our open hours are seasonal and may vary month to month. You may see some animals come and go.  We have lots of plans for the future!

We hope to keep the farm open to the public for all lil' Texans to visit!

UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL OR FARM OWNER OR LESSEE IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING AN EMPLOYEE OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES.

By entering this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This is a working farm with live animals and natural hazards. Risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Animal bites, kicks, scratches, or unpredictable behavior
• Uneven ground, mud, hay, farm equipment, or fences
• Allergies or reactions to animals, feed, or environmental conditions

All visitors enter and participate in farm and petting zoo activities at their own risk.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Do not feed animals unless permitted by staff. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

By entering this property, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm and animal activities.

You agree to release and hold harmless the farm owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while visiting the property.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enter the property.

VISITOR RULES:

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times 

• Do NOT chase, pick up, or harass animals
• Feed animals only with approved feed and when permitted
• Keep fingers away from animal mouths and fences
• Stay in designated visitor areas
• Do not climb fences, gates, or enclosures
• Wash or sanitize hands after touching animals
• Closed-toe shoes recommended for safety
• Follow all posted signs and staff instructions

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
